Shipping within AUSTRALIA (Domestic)
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $120 within Australia or a flat rate shipping of $10.95 on all orders placed within Australia.
Express post is available for $16.95 and FREE local delivery for Hay Area (2711).
Please do not use a PO BOX for free local delivery.
All retail orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Once shipped please allow up to 3-19 business days for flat rate or free shipping orders. 1-9 business days for express post orders. These delivery times are based on Australia Post recommendations and may vary.
Depending on the size of the items/s purchased, all orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post or Aramex (formerly Fastways). We ship most of our retail orders via standard Australia Post (tracked) unless Express Post has been purchased at checkout.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, postcode, suburb) as we cannot be responsible for orders that do not arrive due to an error in the address. You may incur additional shipping charges if this occurs unless it is the error of Gypsy Dreaming & co. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost parcel.
You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your parcel via the email address provided during checkout.

Returns/Exchanges
At Gypsy Dreaming & Co we carefully inspect all our products before they are shipped. If you receive a product you are not absolutely in love with, please let us know and we can arrange an exchange. You will be responsible for return postage, and postage of the new item.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases.
We offer replacement or refund (at our discretion) on faulty products or products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to Gypsy Dreaming & Co within 5 days of the delivery date. Please email proof to hello@gypsydreamingandco.com.au
We ask you to provide additional documentation, such as photos, for any products reported as damaged when received or you believe to be faulty. Failure to follow our user and safety instructions will not be considered a fault of the product.
Any shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded.
Gypsy Dreaming & Co do not accept returns for items on sale, gift vouchers of custom/special orders. All sale, gift vouchers or custom/special order items are final sale, and will not issue a refund, credit note or exchange.
How to Successfully Exchange my item?
1. Email hello@gypsydreamingandco.com.au with your purchase number or proof of purchase via our website. We will then provide you with a return address.
2. If you would like a different size or scent, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. Products must be returned at your own cost, with tracking and original invoice number.
3. Once we have received the returned products, we will notify you via email of your exchange order shipment.
Buyer Responsibility:
Exchange items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they are packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way! As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives safely back with us, ensure that you have proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return. Your items must be shipped with a tracking number, returns without a tracking number will not be excepted. We cannot exchange/refund items that we do not receive.
Original Condition:
Hygiene and our customer's safety are super important, candles that have been burned/lit/used in any form cannot be exchanged. Sorry, no exceptions. All other items must be in new, unopened and unused condition, with the original packaging.
