White sage has great cleansing power. Use it via smudging to cleanse your crystals, space and even your self or others.

Think about why you are smudging, the intention and what you want to achieve. Holding that intention, light the sage and gently blow it out to allow to smoulder. 

Repeat;
Into this smoke I release,
All energies that do not serve;
All negativity that surrounds;
And all fears that limit.
To smudge yourself or someone else, swirl the smudging wand gently around the person, from head to toe. This will cleanse their aura.

To smudge your house or any space, open the windows and walk through the area with the smudging wand, allowing the smoke to get into all the corners and cupboards.

When you are finished, place the smouldering smudging wand in sand or dirt to put out completely.
